How it works
Booking a golf day without the phone tag.
Tell us about the day
Five steps, about five minutes. Date and how firm it is, group size, format, catering, carts, and roughly what you're working with. The more you tell us, the more accurate the quotes come back.
We match and send
Your brief goes to every listed course in your region that can genuinely host your group on your date — filtered on capacity, lead time and whether they take shotgun starts. Not a hand-picked few, and not a blanket blast either.
Quotes come back to one page
Each course sends a real quote: green fees, carts, catering, the date they can actually do, and how long they'll hold it. You'll get an email as each one lands.
Compare, then pick one
Sorted by per-player price, with a warning if the quotes aren't comparing like for like. Accept the one you want and we tell the others — nobody is left holding your date.
The usual questions
What this costs, and who sees what.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. You get quotes and you pay the course you choose, directly, on their normal terms.
Do the courses get my details?
No. They see your company name, the date, the group size and what you need — enough to quote accurately. Your email and phone number only go to the course you actually pick.
How long does it take?
Most quotes arrive within a business day. Some come back within a couple of hours. If a course is slow you can nudge them from your quote page, and we chase them automatically too.
Do I need an account?
No. We email you a private link to your quotes — that link is your account. Lost it? We'll send it again.
